Can I cancel or amend my order?Once an order is confirmed and you receive an order number, it cannot be canceled. However, you can modify the order (such as changing the size or product) as long as it remains in the "Unfulfilled" status. Once the Air Waybill (AWB) is printed, no changes can be made.
